Property 10237 is located in Valdinievole, in the heart of Tuscany, on the hill overlooking the ancient town of Montecatini famous for its thermal baths. It is a great starting point to visit the main cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa, the most fascinating cities of Tuscany, the beaches of Versilia and the Pinocchio park, where holidays relaxing and fun.
Property 10237  (350 sq. m.) is surrounded by a charming park (10 acres)  with swimming pool, featured by expanses of olive trees, cultivated terraces and vineyards as the typical enchanting scenarios of Tuscany.
The Villa has 5 double rooms with bathroom, newly refurbished and a sofa bed, for a total of 12 beds. It was the summer residence of a noble family, built in 1800, of which are still visible some furniture. The strategic location and the richness of the surroundings make Property 10237 as a perfect destination for adults and children.

Ground Floor. The antique doorway made of solid wood is the main entrance to the villa. You enter on the ground floor where you will find a large hallway, consisting of a reception area with sofa and a stone fireplace where you can spend a few minutes to relax; a laundry room.
The corridor, lit by small ceiling spotlights, separates the two rooms and leads to a stone staircase leading to the first floor.
First Floor. On the first floor you can have access from both the ground floor and the staircase next to the villa. It consists of 4 rooms: a kitchen with a dining room overlooking a lovely garden, a large well-lit living room with a sitting area and fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a reading room where you can browse several books of antiques.
Second Floor. The sleeping area on the second floor consists of 4 large double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and shower. All rooms have modern design furnishings that make the ambiance original, bright and friendly. Each room offers a view of the park and is identified by a color, with furnishings and fabrics that make complete the relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Some frescoes has been restored. All rooms have air conditioning.

The Villa has 4 beds on the first floor (one double bedroom and a double sofa bed) and 8 beds in four double bedrooms on the second floor, for a total of 12 beds. On request they can be added to the cradles.
Outside the villa is a swimming pool of 15 x 5 meters and depth varying from 1.10 to 1.40 meters, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

The villa lays close to major towns and cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa, Versilia, Siena. Distance: less than 10 minutes from Montecatini Terme on the A11 (motorway Florence-sea); Florence: 40 km, 35 min (airport); Pisa: 45 km, 40 min (airport).
