In just a few minutes walk you can reach everywhere (the center of Capri is completely pedestrian) including terminal of buses, taxis and funicular railway to the port of Marina Grande. The entrance to the house is through a small entrance that leads to a large, double living room with a spectacular marble floors, large windows and lamps.
The living room ends into the dining room with a dining table for eight people a French window opens onto an outdoor shady lounge area with several couches and chairs with a large glass coffee table.
On the backside of the living room there are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and air conditioning. The ground floor has a kitchen with all amenities and a bar table with 2 stools for lunch.
A flight of 20 stone steps leads to the second floor where is a master bedroom with a small balcony and also enjoys an annex room with a single bed. Two further double bedrooms on the second floor have both a private bathroom.
A further flight of 20 steps from the second floor leads to the rooftop terrace, that offers various seating areas with sun loungers and chairs, sofas, oval dining table for four, tables, and a beautiful view over the city of Capri and the infamous Faraglioni rocks.
