Property 10408 can accommodate 10 plus 1 guest, featuring four double bedroom and a fifth triple bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, plus a lounge room with a double sofa bed available upon request for 2 extra guests.

A 12x5-metre swimming pool is set on a panoramic terrace with mesmerising lake views. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the barbecue area, unwind in the shade of the covered veranda, or stroll through the pine forest for a moment of pure tranquillity. A private garage ensures secure parking within the estate.
Inside, the 600-square-metre villa exudes warmth and elegance. The spacious living area features a marble fireplace, plush sofas, and a grand piano.
