Property 10468 can accommodate up to 12 guests, featuring 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread across three levels.

With its generous sea-view terrace, this villa boasts an infinity pool (4 x 8.5 x 1.2 m) overlooking Fornillo, surrounded by a private lemon grove and an exclusive sundeck furnished with sun loungers and ceramic tables. Property 10468 is one of the very few villas in the area that can be reached by car right up to its entrance gate, a rare convenience in a location where most properties are accessible only on foot, followed by approximately 60 steps leading up to the residence itself.

Flooded with natural light, the lower level of the villa features a spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island, creating a welcoming and practical space for preparing meals and spending time together, as well as a bright dining room opening onto the main terrace. On the same floor, you will also find a comfortable TV area with sofas and two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other has a bathroom located opposite the bedroom, featuring a shower.
