Embraced by 30 acres of vineyards, olive groves, woodland and a lake, the villa can accommodate 37 guests across 20 bedrooms (17 double bedrooms and 2 single rooms) spread over multiple buildings. The villa can also host three additional guests on request.

Surrounded by rolling hills, the villa boasts a magnificent swimming pool and a spacious poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to unwind. This exceptional space beside the pool provides the perfect setting for relaxation with a good book and a glass of Prosecco. The villa also features a wellness area and a restaurant with its own vegetable garden. The wellness area includes a sauna, a hydro-pool, a Turkish bath, a massage area, an emotional shower, and a well-equipped gym.

In the 15th century, the hamlet was owned by the Ghirlandaio family, renowned Renaissance painters. The villa served as their summer residence and a place to entertain prominent artists such as Raffaello, Pontormo and Botticelli. Within its walls, the villa features a chapel frescoed by Ridolfo Ghirlandaio. The villa can accommodate 37 guests in 20 bedrooms (17 double bedrooms and 2 single rooms). Additionally, upon request, three extra beds can be added in some bedrooms.

Main Villa (5 Double Bedrooms):
The main villa, where the family once lived and hosted elegant events during the 15th century, features five double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, including a panoramic second-floor bedroom. On the ground floor, you will find two living rooms, a dining room, and a modern kitchen, along with the first of the five bedrooms. The first floor houses three double bedrooms, while the second floor features the final bedroom. One of the en-suite bathrooms includes a bathtub.

Farmhouse (3 Double Bedrooms + 1 Single Room):
Once the heart of the estate’s agricultural centre, the farmhouse has been beautifully restored to offer comfortable and stylish accommodation. It now features three double bedrooms and one single room on the first floor, while the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining room, a cosy living room, and a guest bathroom. Rich in history and charm, the farmhouse complex also includes the estate’s renowned chapel, adorned with frescoes by Ridolfo Ghirlandaio.

Old Shop (2 Double Bedrooms):
This former exhibition space, once used by the Ghirlandaio family to display their art, has been thoughtfully converted into a delightful guest house. All accommodation is set on one level and includes two double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower), a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Just four steps lead up to the bedrooms, ensuring easy access throughout.

Olive Oil Mill (2 Double Bedrooms + 1 Single Room):
Once used for pressing the estate's famous DOP extra virgin olive oils, this charming building now offers three bedrooms: a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom, and a single room sharing a bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the first floor. On the ground floor, you will find a delightful living room, dining room, kitchen, and extra bathroom. Please note that the kitchen is not fully equipped but includes a fridge, microwave, and ice machine.

Olive Oil Mill's Dépendance (1 Double Bedroom):
Measuring approximately 20 square metres, this elegant dépendance offers a refined and tranquil retreat. Thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and style, it features a beautifully furnished double bedroom comfortably sleeping two guests with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Set entirely on one level, it provides a peaceful, easily accessible space, perfect for guests seeking privacy and relaxation amidst the estate’s natural beauty.

Studio (3 Double Bedrooms + 1 Single Room):
The Studio, likely the most significant building on the estate where many painters once practised their art, has been carefully restored to offer comfortable and characterful accommodation. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and an additional guest bathroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom and a single room sharing a bathroom, while the second floor hosts two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Lemon House (1 Double Bedroom):
Nestled entirely on one level, the Lemon House presents a delightful and intimate retreat for two guests. It boasts a beautifully appointed double bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, complemented by a cosy and inviting living area.
