Located in the northern part of the village of Lezzeno, this exclusive villa boasts stunning views of Villa Balbianello. With spacious balconies and terraces, Property 122 can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms (two double bedrooms, a twin room, and a room with a double sofa bed) spread over three levels.
Surrounded by a garden with views of Lake Como, this magnificent villa offers wonderful balconies and spacious terraces, perfect for al fresco dining. The outdoor area provides a tranquil atmosphere, featuring comfortable lounge areas with sun loungers. Just outside the kitchen, a beautiful terrace with a dining table invites guests to enjoy meals while admiring the scenery. The villa also benefits from direct lake access, allowing guests to bask in the sun on the pebbled beach in front of the property.
Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the villa features a bright living and dining area and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, and all the amenities you might need during your stay. The eat-in kitchen opens onto a spectacular terrace overlooking the lake, furnished with a large dining table ideal for al fresco meals. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room conveniently located near the entrance.
The first floor, accessed by an internal staircase, houses the master bedroom (with a queen-size bed), featuring a spacious wardrobe and a private balcony. This floor also includes a twin room with a private balcony and a walk-in wardrobe shared with a third bedroom. The third room is a bright double bedroom (with a queen-size bed) that also enjoys its own private balcony. A bathroom with both a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub completes this floor.
The second floor, accessed by an internal staircase, leads to a charming penthouse with fabulous views of Villa Balbianello. The bedroom on this floor includes a queen-size sofa bed, bedside tables, a hanging rack for clothes, a chest of drawers, a writing desk, and a chair. The bathroom on this floor features a shower. Please note that both the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor have sloping wooden ceilings. Additionally, air conditioning is only available in the penthouse on the second floor.
