The pink-coloured Property 259 is an enchanting retreat nestled in the lush greenery of a terraced olive grove, offering a breathtaking view over the bay. While the villa is perched high above the sea, guests can enjoy a short descent of approximately 150 steps to reach a private stone platform, perfect for a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. The villa's exterior is designed in the traditional Ligurian style, featuring a charming slate roof and green shutters that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
The villa spans two levels and is furnished in a contemporary style, with a total living area of 400 square meters. The expansive garden, which covers 2000 square meters, provides ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. Please note that Property 259 is not suitable for individuals with physical challenges due to the numerous steps and rocky terrain. Guests are also advised not to bring a car, as parking is extremely limited. The villa can be reached via a private elevator that connects the harbour to a charming cobbled pedestrian path, just 300 meters from the gate. This secluded retreat offers a serene and exclusive escape in a picturesque Ligurian setting.
