The fantastic location of the property is the perfect base for exploring the Lake Como area – the villa also enjoys a private landing stage where your private boat can come and pick you up for wonderful tours on the Lake visiting the villages and villas scattered on the Lake’s shores. For city lovers Como, Lecco, Bergamo, Milano, Lugano are all within a convenient easy 90 minutes drive or less from the property.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION. A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into the park of the villa where there is plenty of space for three cars. The Accommodations in the villa are located on three floors.
The Ground Floor can be accessed directly from the main entrance with 8 steps that lead you into the wide and very carefully refined open living area with comfortable armchairs, sofas, small tables to rest inside reading a nice book or watching the Sat TV while enjoying the most amazing Lake views from the 6 door windows that give you access to the large terrace facing the Lake and that is the ideal place to have meals during the warm summer days. The First Floor is easily reached by stairway (20 steps). Twenty steps lead you to the Second Floor which is an exclusive penthouse with many windows overlooking the Lake and an extremely wide private terrace perfect for romantic dinners or to celebrate very special occasions in a unique setting. This penthouse is completely independent from the rest of the villa as it has a private living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with shower and bathtub. On this level there are also two toilets and one bathroom perfect for you while enjoying the pool area that can be reached from here only with 5 steps.
