The estate sits on a leveled secluded piece of immaculate land bordering the village Castagneto Carducci, just on a small hill near the town of Donoratico, about 5 km from the sea (10 minutes away drive distance). It is located less than one hour away from Pisa airport.

The property develops on two floors connected by a flight of stairs. The main door is located on the front of the house and give access to a large stylish and colored double living room with antique library. An arch connects the dining room with adjacent separate fully equipped kitchen provided with staff. One courtesy bath complete the house From the living room a French window opens onto the furnished patio, further on there is the annex house with two single beds with shower bath. In the same house the is a laundry room and the maid will take care of this service.The upper floors comprises 5 bedroom with private baths. One master bedroom with antiques pieces and 2 double bedroom all having queen size beds plus 2 twin complete the floor. Included in the rental fee maid and cook service.
In Donoratico, the local village (2 miles away), there is a train station, a post office and a variety of shops such as: supermarkets, chemists, hairdressers, newsagents, florists, shoe-shops, beach equipment, pastry shops etc. There are several doctors, a physiotherapy clinic and there is a good hospital in Cecina (about 12 miles away), which also has an A&E department.
