Property 530 is a 500 years old building, set among a 300 acres of olive groves, vineyards and wood. The owner produces and offers to her guests organic olive oil and wine. The location is very convenient, just four kilometres from Lucca and within walking distance of a small village. Just across from the entrance there is a coffee bar, bakery and ice cream parlour (the gelato is one of the best in Lucca), a favourite stop for all the guests. Lucca is famous for its tree-topped medieval walls, a peaceful promenade where people stroll and bicycle. Lucca's streets are lined with elegant shops and charming restaurants, and an outstanding antiques market is held on the last weekend of each month.
The villa, though it is an historically registered property, has been renovated to a very high level of beauty and comfort. Central heating and AC, wireless internet connection, a professional kitchen, pool table, home-theatre, etc, are among the amenities offered to the guests. A full staff looks after all the guests requests. The continental breakfast and the dinner are served in the dining room or in the garden.
The villa is on 3 floors, plus the cellar. The panelled wood ceilings are 5 meters high. The oldest part of the villa, the wine cellar, was built in the XIII century over the ruins of a medieval tower.
GROUND FLOOR: grand living room with sofas, and fireplace; formal dining room; Tuscan kitchen with open fireplace, deep fryer, gas range, oven, slicer, and industrial dishwasher. Pantry room and a library with PC, printer, fax, and Wi-Fi; 1 powder room for guests and 1 for staff. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with tub).
SECOND FLOOR: music salon with original 19th century piano; 1 suite: queen-bedded room, frescoed salon with sofa, round dining table, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom with shower an Jacuzzi tub. On this floor there are 2 further bedrooms each with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and one has also a separate tub; 1 twin bedded room with en suite bathroom with shower.
THIRD FLOOR: 1 suite with 2 queen beds plus a sofa that opens to a queen, en suite bathroom with shower and tub. 2 separate queen- bedded rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (one with shower, one with tub). 1 twin bedded room with a double sofa bed. The en-suite bathroom with tub can be shared also by an optional twin bedded room. The large living has a pool table, home-theatre and soccer table.
CELLAR: laundry room with 2 washers a dryer, ironing board etc. Wine cellar with a rustic setting for wine tasting.
Outside: in the garden there is a large salt- water pool (25 m x 30 m ) with lounge chairs, gazebo, BBQ, professional pizza oven, ping-pong table and grape pergola. On a terrace above the pool it's the tennis court with evening' lights.
