Overlooking the sea, the villa features a large pool heated by a solar thermal system and a poolside area with comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and hot showers. The pool includes hydrojets for added relaxation. The property boasts a beautifully maintained garden and provides direct access to the beach via a sloping sandy path, just 150 metres away. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the villa offers a spacious terrace with comfortable sofas and an al fresco dining area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying traditional Italian dishes in a serene setting.
Completely restored in 2011, the villa features six bedrooms. The upper floor includes a spacious living room with a dining area and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher. This floor also has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. The lower floor houses five bedrooms: four double rooms and one room with two bunk beds.
