The Property
Offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Villa della Cantinetta enjoys a privileged position between Florence and Siena, providing a charming retreat in Tuscany. The villa retains the atmosphere of a traditional 13th-century farmhouse and features an exceptional pool and an exclusive tennis court. Surrounded by ten hectares of olive groves and vineyards, the main villa can accommodate 12 guests in six bedrooms, while the newly added dépendance provides three additional bedrooms for 6 more guests.

Set within a lush garden, the villa features an exceptional stone-lined pool and a poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers. This area provides a peaceful atmosphere, representing an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying moments of relaxation with a good book. The outdoor area also includes an exclusive bocce court, a trampoline with a safety net for children, al fresco lounge areas for relaxation and socialising, a spacious dining area on the veranda, and an exclusive tennis court.

Main Villa (6 Bedrooms):
The interior living space offers an appealing blend of comfort and elegance. Guests can choose to dine in the spacious dining room, or for more informal meals, there is a fully-equipped kitchen. Dining al fresco on the veranda is undoubtedly a popular choice. In the evening, the ground floor features a sitting room, a billiard room, or guests can relax in the library on the first floor. The ground floor also includes a convenient guest bathroom. The villa’s six bedrooms are spread across the mezzanine level and the first floor.

Accessed by a short flight of steps, the mezzanine level features a twin room (which can be converted into a double) with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. On the first floor, you will find a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and separate shower, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower, a twin room (which can be converted into a double) with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two twin rooms (which can be converted into doubles) sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower.

A library is also located on the same floor. The gym is located on the grounds near the cantina and includes a bench, free weights, a home gym machine, a treadmill, and an exercise bike. Please note that the two on-site managers of the villa, who are the chef and housekeeper, live in a separate building located a few metres from the villa. They look after the grounds and handle any queries guests may have during their stay. Guests' privacy is guaranteed.

Dépendance (3 Bedrooms):
The dépendance can accommodate 6 guests and includes three double bedrooms with air conditioning, all of which can be converted into twin rooms, and two full bathrooms. The dépendance also features a dedicated living area and a fully equipped kitchen, making it a self-contained space for added comfort. This new space is perfect for larger groups or families, providing extra comfort and privacy while maintaining a close connection to the main villa.
