The Property
Villa Ghislaine is a Renaissance gem set amidst the picturesque vineyards of Veneto. This magnificent 15th-century villa, nestled at the foot of the Dolomites, provides a luxurious retreat that blends modern comforts with historical charm. The estate spans 2,500 square metres and includes an expansive garden, an 18-metre swimming pool, and beautifully maintained grounds. The villa can accommodate up to 20 guests: 8 guests in the 4 bedrooms of the Main Villa and 12 guests in the 6 bedrooms of the Carpentry. 

Surrounded by two acres of meticulously cultivated gardens, the villa combines modern and antique elements to enchant every guest. The lush grounds include a large pool, perfect for relaxation and social gatherings. The pool area is equipped with architectural features designed for lounging, sunbathing, and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Adjacent to the pool, there is a beautifully maintained rose garden and areas for al fresco dining. The estate also includes former stables and silk granaries.

Main Villa (4 Bedrooms):
Upon entering Villa Ghislaine, guests are welcomed by swords, statues, and family antiques, reflecting the villa’s storied past. On the ground floor of the main villa, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a study, three guest bathrooms, and two spacious dining rooms, one of which is open-plan and connects seamlessly to an external kitchen/veranda. The ground floor also houses a library, a laundry room/pantry, and two majestic staircases that lead up to the upper floor.

On the upper floor of the main villa are the four double bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The Blue Room also has an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. The Pompei Room has a large bathroom with a shower; although this bathroom is not en-suite, it is accessed via the large living room at the top of the staircase. Finally, the Tondi Room includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, completing the elegant sleeping quarters of the villa.

Carpentry (6 Bedrooms):
The Carpentry has a more contemporary atmosphere. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen, an open-plan living room with sofas and armchairs, a fireplace, and a dining area with a round table, all furnished in a sleek, modern style. From here, stairs lead up to the upper floor. The ground floor also includes two modern double bedrooms, which share a bathroom complete with a shower located between them, accessible via a small hallway.

On the upper floor, accessed via the staircase, there are the remaining four bedrooms. One bedroom features a decorative fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, separate shower, and double sinks. Another bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. The remaining two bedrooms, like those on the ground floor, share a bathroom with a shower located between them, accessible via a small hallway.
