The Property

The villa features a generous terrace with a salt-filtered pool and a poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers. The terrace offers awe-inspiring views stretching across the town of Praiano and the sea. Here, you will also find an exclusive al fresco dining area. The villa also boasts a stunning rooftop garden complete with a sunbathing area and an outdoor shower. However, the owner’s favourite spot to soak up the sun is a hidden corner of the patio, where the scent of jasmine fills the balmy summer air.
In addition to the landscaped gardens and the salt-filtered outdoor pool, the villa offers an exclusive indoor spa pool with water jets and a waterfall, located on the lower floor. This serene indoor pool features adjustable chromotherapy and aromatherapy to enhance the experience. The indoor pool is heated (the outdoor pool can be heated at an additional cost). After a long day at the beach, guests can indulge in the indoor pool or simply surrender to the calm and stillness of pure relaxation.
Flooded with natural light, the ground floor houses a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and two living rooms. One of these living rooms includes a bathroom with a shower and can, on request, be transformed into a fifth bedroom for two additional guests. The ground floor also features a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower.
The lower level includes a spacious main sitting room with comfortable sofas, a chic blend of modern and antique furnishings, and a large flat-screen television.
