Set in the serene countryside of gently rolling hills, Villa La Fabbrica provides the perfect retreat for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the heart of Tuscany. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, this magnificent 17th-century property has been carefully restored while preserving the character of a traditional Tuscan hamlet. Villa La Fabbrica can accommodate up to thirteen guests (ten guests plus three extra guests), featuring five double bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors.

Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts a magnificent swimming pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the poolside area provides an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation with a good book and a glass of prosecco. The garden also features a generous al fresco lounge and dining area shaded by an old wisteria.

The ground floor boasts a generous living room complete with a stone fireplace, comfortable sofas, and armchairs with plenty of seating. As the evening falls, gather around the fireplace and enjoy a glass of local wine with your fellow guests. On the same floor, you will also find a dining room with a large crystal table, a library, and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring all the amenities you might need during your stay. The ground floor also houses a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Accessed by a stone and wrought iron staircase, the first floor features four double bedrooms, two of which can be transformed into twin rooms. On the first floor, you will also find two bathrooms with showers, one of which also features a large bathtub. Please note that the villa can comfortably accommodate ten guests in the five bedrooms, plus three extra guests in three single beds that can be added on request in three bedrooms. The double bedroom on the ground floor can also be transformed into a twin room.
